ONLINE PURCHASE EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
1. Goods sold are not refundable.
2. Goods per order can be exchanged once only, it must be returned in its original individual packaging and resalable condition which means it has not been damaged, soiled, washed altered or worn and with intact label or tag within 14 days of your receipt of goods. If the product is used, it will not be returned.
3. Exchange Procedure
a. Kindly contact our Customer service by email: info@greenbeginnings.hk, you will be required to provide full details of your orders and details of the goods you wish to return and exchange.
b. Deliver the return goods by recorder delivery / courier service to the following address and keep your delivery receipt:

c. After receiving the returned goods, we will examine the goods condition before arranging exchange process.
4. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
In case of any dispute, Green Beginnings® reserves the right of final decision.
